Terms for these pages
These terms cover the use of the public pages at pedechinelousa.online. The pages are published by PEDE CHINELO LTDA under the shop name Pede Chinelo. They describe retail sale of footwear from the room at Avenida Parana, 325, Sala 5, Taquara do Reino, Ibipora. Reading a page, or opening a mail draft from the form, is the use these terms talk about.
1. These pages
The site is a set of static pages about one shoe counter. You may read them, link to them, and print a page for your own note. You may not copy the pages onto another site and present them as your own shop, and you may not strip the company card off and reuse the text as a catalog.
The pages are offered as they stand on the day you open them. A cached copy in your browser, or a screenshot, can be older than the file on the host. If a sentence matters to a visit you are planning, check the live page or write to the shop before you rely on it.
2. Footwear descriptions
The words sandal, slip-on, and footwear name the kind of stock this counter sells. They are not a promise that a named model, a named color, or a named size is on the shelf today. The counter sells shoes at retail. It does not publish a size chart on this website.
A description is written so a visitor can tell what the shop is. It is not an offer that you can accept by filling the form. Asking about a pair does not reserve it. Only a conversation that the shop actually confirms, at the counter or in a reply, can settle what is available.
3. No sale on the website
This website does not sell a pair, does not take a payment, and does not arrange a delivery. There is no cart, no checkout, and no button that charges a card. A price is not printed here because a price is a matter for the counter, not for these pages.
If you want to buy, the place to do that is the room named in the footer, or a reply the shop sends after you write. Until that happens, nothing has been sold and nothing is owed. Do not send money to the email address. The inbox is for words.
4. The enquiry form
The form opens a draft. It does not place an order. The button says that a draft will open, and the note under the form says the same thing. Submitting the form is not a contract and not a reservation.
Write plainly. Name the kind of shoe you are asking about if you know it. The shop may answer, ask a question back, or say that the counter does not keep that kind. Silence is not a yes. If you need an answer by a certain day, say so, and understand that the shop may still not meet that day.
5. Shop facts and the public address
The public address in the footer is the address the company uses on these pages: Avenida Parana, 325, Sala 5, Taquara do Reino, Ibipora, PR, 86209 315, Brazil. The about card repeats it together with the legal name and the company number. Those lines are the identity of the publisher.
Do not invent a different door and attribute it to this shop. The photograph is not the door. If a map or a directory shows another pin, the footer on this site is the line the company is publishing. A mismatch can be raised by email and will be checked against the card.
6. Photographs
The photograph is an illustration of the kind of footwear, taken as a picture of sandals and slip-on shoes on a wooden counter. The caption is part of the page. Removing the caption and treating the picture as a specific pair for sale misreads the page.
You may not lift the photograph and use it to advertise another shop. You may look at it while you read. The shop does not grant a license to reprint it in an advertisement. If you need a picture for a reason of your own, ask first and wait for a reply.
7. Messages you send
You are responsible for the words in the draft you send. Do not send unlawful content, a threat, or another person's private papers. Do not pretend to be the shop, and do not pretend to be another buyer. The shop may ignore a note that is abusive or that has nothing to do with footwear.
A message you send can be read by the person who watches [email protected]. Do not assume it is confidential against the ordinary operation of email. Do not include a secret you would not put in a letter. The shop will use the note to answer the question, not to build a marketing list.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attack the host, do not try to break the form, and do not send automated floods of drafts. The pages are a small shop site. They are not a service you may probe for sport. Ordinary reading and one honest enquiry are the use that is welcome.
Do not misstate the shop. You may quote a sentence with the page address attached. You may not say the shop promised a result, a price, or a medical effect that the pages do not state. The pages do not state those things.
9. Links and other desks
The pages do not depend on a row of outside links. If a future page points somewhere else, that other place has its own terms and its own way of handling information. A link is not an endorsement and not a merger of the two companies.
Your mail program, your browser, and the network in front of the host are not operated by the shoe counter. Their terms are theirs. A failure in one of them can stop a draft from opening. That failure is not a refusal by the shop to hear from you. You can still write to the address by hand.
10. Limits of what a page can promise
The pages are information about a counter. They can be wrong in a detail, they can be briefly unreachable, and they can lag behind the shelf. The shop will correct a mistake it agrees is a mistake. It does not promise that every sentence will always match the shelf on the same afternoon.
To the extent the law allows a limit, the shop is not liable for a decision you take only from a caption or a heading, such as traveling on the assumption that a particular pair is held for you. Nothing on the site holds a pair. Where the law does not allow a limit, the limit is not asserted.
11. Questions about the company
Questions about who publishes the site are answered from the about card. The card names the Brazilian limited liability company, the company number, the address, and the phone. Those digits are not repeated on this page on purpose, so the card stays the single place to read them.
The shop does not choose a court on this page and does not invent a venue. If a real dispute arises from a sale at the counter, that dispute is about the sale, not about these terms, and it follows the rules that actually apply to that sale. These terms only govern the use of the website.
12. Changes to these terms
The shop may update these terms when the pages change. The date at the top is the date of this text. Continuing to read the site after a change means you are reading the new text. A change does not rewrite a mail you already sent.
If a change would turn the form into a stored post or would add a checkout, the terms will say so in plain words before that feature is used. Until then, the form remains a draft opener and the pages remain a description of the counter.
